Scott Evans holds a Master’s in English from UC Davis. At UOP, he teaches fiction writing and a course titled, “Crime, Punishment and Justice,” that introduces first-year students to criminology. Scott serves as Editor and Publisher of the Blue Moon Literary & Art Review. His most recent books, published in 2011, are: The Complex: A Coming-of-Age Story, and Green Seasons, a short-story sequence. Father of three, he lives in Davis, California, with his wife, Cindy, a cancer survivor to whom his first book, Tragic Flaws, is dedicated.
Sacramento writer Bill Pieper has had four novels published, as well as numerous stories, poems and reviews. This reading marks the debut of his new story, “Senior Project,” in which two Mills College students set out to seduce their oh-so-handsome drama profesor. David Sutton is a widely published author, and has written short fiction, travel journalism, users’ manuals, political essays, and magazine articles on martial arts and horses. He freelance edits, proofs, and assists with composition primarily for academics. David was born in Santa Barbara and now lives and works in Davis.
