More than thirty people attended the SPC poetry reading and fundraiser for Amnesty Int’l on Monday, Aug 29. We raised over $150 and collected many signatures on five human rights petitions. Thanks to Emmanuel Sigauke, who gave a splendid reading and talked about human rights conditions in Zimbabwe. Also, thanks to Bob Stanley who attended (after a long weekend of SPC activity) and supported the cause!
